Every online room has satellites to the various TV event that start as low as a few frequent player's points and run up to the four figure range for Full Tilt's $1,000 WSOP qualifers. Of course the more you buy-in for, the less amount of people you need to race again for those seats. But not enough has a couple hundred dollars in their bankrolls to throw at -EV type satelites.
At Absolute Poker they are offering a "dream" package with buy-ins to 10 different major tourneys for a mere buy-in of 50 frequent player's points. Of course you'll need to win some sub-satelites to obtain entry into the main event that holds a $200+$16 entry fee on April 8th.
Below is site's description of the prize which includes a private lesson for well-respected pro Michael "The Grinder" Mizarchi:
Who wants to win access to over $100 MILLION in tournament prize pools? Who wants one-on-one training with one of poker's biggest pros? Who wants to live out every poker dream they ever had?
The uber-hot Absolute Dream Package promotion is back for the second time this year. If you want to win it all and live the dream, you're going to want to claim your seat in the Absolute Dream Package final event - happening April 8th, 2007.
Qualifiers for the Absolute Dream Package begin March 6th and if you play your cards right, you'll score the following dream package:
A seat in 10 of the richest poker tournaments INCLUDING the World Series of Poker and 5 WPT tournaments. The collective prize pool of these events is over $100 million!
A buy-in to the biggest televised Texas Hold'em Cash Game.
And one-on-one training with Poker Player of the Year, Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi, where he'll show you how to play and win like an absolute champion.
