APCW Video On New UIGEA Rules Coming Out

"Why does this seem like gambling to you?" "Why do you think the same nine guys make it do the World Series of Poker final table every year, what are they the luckiest guys in Vegas?"
- Mike McD in Rounders
Poker is gambling, granted it is one of the few games you'll find in a casino that a skilled player does hold an advantage. But, in the eyes of the federal government Poker is no different then wagering 18 cents on a colorful video slot at HappyTime Casino (may or may not be real, but could be). We want to call poker a skill game because it is time proven that the better players do profit by playing the percentages and playing the player better then those who walk away from the felt with an empty chip rack more often then not.
Online poker is of course under siege from the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act and one group, the Association of Players Casinos and Webmasters (APCW) has been cranking out excellent videos for the layman to understand how the government is going about with all the new rules and regulations concerning the UIGEA.
Below is the most recent video (hat tip to Pokerati for the find), I think if you don't understand what's going on, it's a great informational/fun video:
