Aussie Millions 2008 Day 3

Aussie Millions 2008 Day 3

Day two at the Aussie Millions located at the Crown Casino finished up with 98 players still fighting for the big main event check. The other 682 player were free to go mingle among the tennis crowd, as the tennis Grand Slam season started last week as it always does with the Australian Open. Also, a good reason why the poker players find a 150 mile per hour check raise coming from Andy Roddick or Maria Sharapova (who are both still alive in the tourney hoping to add another Grand Slam Title to their resumes).

As for the little less mobile game of poker, Matthew Legarde will begin day 3 as the chipleader according to the live reporting team from Pokernews.com

Approximately 18 more players will get to enjoy the Australian summer without getting an extra boost from the cashiers cage, as 80 players will cash this year and the winner heading back home with 1.65 million Aussie bucks and the runner-up will be able to proclaim millionaire status as well.
