Erick Lindgren, Full Tilt pro, known for his golf prop betting skills (head to Tao of Poker if you haven't heard the story about Lindgren playing 4 rounds for a bet) and over $6 million in poker tournament winnings, can finally call himself a bracelet winner. Event # 4 $5,000 Mixed Hold Em' event was attended by many of poker's elite and one of them walked away with the gold bracelet.
But, Lindgren's finale wasn't easy as heads-up he faced Justin "ZeeJustin" Bonomo, an online prodigy that has quickly made his mark in several live tourneys. 40 hands into heads-up play, Lindgren's A2o made a wheel straight on the turn while completing two pair for Bonomo's 54s, a blank on the river and Lindgren was $374,505 richer plus the WSOP bracelet.
Full write up of this tourney's final table can be found at Pokernews.com as well.
