BBT3: Event #5 and End of Week One
Filed in archive Internet Poker on March 8, 2008

... thank goodness
This bankroll, marriage, and ego buster is going to really test every participant's will power and ability to work through the bad beats and three hours of sleep until its time to work the next morning. With four weekly blogger hosted tourneys the entry fees will also stretch the low roller's bankrolls with buy-ins of $71 plus a monthly "Big Game" tourney of $75 this will cost over $1,000 by the end and with my ability to give away from the O8 tables lately I hope my rakeback deal at Full Tilt helps ease the pain.
The last event this week was the Riverchasers Pot Limit Omaha $11 entry event. Personally, it was more of the same this week as I started well only to have a big hand (Aces twice) cracked and finished out of the points and money finishing the week one for five and batting like a number nine hitter on a bad baseball team. Tuscaloosa Johnny ran over the final table as I watched him dodge and weave every out in the book for the fifth TOC seat.
The BBT3 Leaderboard has been updated to show my waste of money and space this week at the Full Tilt tables.
I'll also start noting my buy-ins with win/loss since I'd like to know how much I'm paying for this WSOP seat shot.
Buy-ins: $75+$26+$13+$11+$11 = $136
Winnings: $18.50
Win/Loss: -$117.50
