BBT3: Event #8 and #9 Lucko Doubles Up

Still having fun, still not make any waves in the Battle of the Blogger tournaments this week. I did manage to play two out of the four events this week and acquired two more bad beat stories of which I will not rehash because owing a dollar to everyone might kill the rest of my bankroll.

Event #8 saw our first Double winner crowned as Lucko took down the Mookie this week which was good enough to shoot him up to #2 on the BBT3 leaderboard. The leader at the end of the month will be awarded the first $2,000 World Series of Poker seat and after nine events everyone is chasing "twoblackaces" with 4 in the moneys and a win currently leads.

Event #9's Riverchasers straight up NLHE battle this week saw the poker blogger's favorite radio personality "Buddy Dank" took up a great heads-up battle with Swimmom, but fell short of the 8th open seat to the Tournament of Champions as Swimmom took it down.

Next event will have to wait until Monday as the 3rd Hoy of the BBT3 will gear up for a frustrating, er... fun night of 6-max NLHE! Remember all these tourneys are found at Full Tilt poker.
