BBT3: Month One Ends "Big"

First month, done.

Bankroll, screaming for mercy.

The Battle of the Blogger Tournaments number three just concluded its first month of ego stretching tourney and thanks to FullTilt.com for their support and all these extra goodies going down the pipeline for a bunch of internet scribes and their readers.

Lucko and Corron10 took two Tournament of Champion seats off the board and it looks like "twoblackaces" took home the first $2,000 WSOP seat for being the top point achiever within the month. EDIT: Due to another great run last night during the Hoy, TJ captured the first WSOP seat.

Last night's monthly "Big Game" ended with a bang as a personal favorite friend of the bloggers Big Mike took down nearly $1,500 with the win over 61 other hopefuls.

Ouch. My personal tourney series has been a tale of bad timing with a dash of tilt. Twice in the past week I've managed to recover from a beat only to leak a chance to make a dent into the money or better. More discipline will be needed if I'm going even sniff the top 20 or one of those chances to score a World Series of Poker Main Event seat.
