BBT #3: Event #5 Lucko is no Sucko

If someone wants to explain the fun with losing for an extended amount of time I'm all ears. Heads shaken, bankroll depleting, and sanity slipping through my size 13 blue cotton slippers while another shot at the Battle of the Blogger Tournaments #3 TOC went without a serious attempt. I took it seriously, but the cards did not cooperate as I went out with another whisper last night due to card death = 6-max play at the Hoy's $26 buy in tourney.

Steal when you can, fold when that T9o just doesn't look promising after getting re-raised, and if you're me, push tens into Queens just in time to catch the sports segment on the local newscast. I did manage to chip up a bit with a well-timed check-raise bluff, but "play" only gets you so far before someone looks you up and must win at showdown. Tack on another -$26 to my growing bill for this series, and congratulate Lucko on his recent hot streak after taking down a $27 buy-in MTT at Stars will add the BBT3 TOC seat to his bankroll.
