BBT Week Four: Another ToC Seat Off the Board

.Even saying the word causes most poker players to cringe, this is exactly what I did in playing the most passive game of the series for myself. I think my raise button was grayed out as I check-called my way into the second hour with very low chips and was forced to go with the first real hand of 7 (53), only to be matched by someone holding 7(52) and giving my bounty to the gentleman when my 9 low was no match for his 8.
For once, its nice to place blame solely on the person banging the fold button like he was trying to get a new record playing Nintendo Track and Field. That story continued into my horrible effort in the Mookie last night, as I managed to misread a button raise as a steal and shown pair of Jacks for my awesome level 14 resteal, and my trash hand went down as it should.
While the bankroll took another hit, my love for the game did not. I caused the losses playing badly, and doing what I thought was the right play. Much more encouraging then watching someone hit a two outer and type BOOOOOOOOM in the chat box after sucking out.
Tonight, Riverchasers is up as I'll be lounging on a lazy river as a mini-getaway for the kids and wife during their spring break. Good luck to all the BBT3 players!
