The money of poker is out there, sometimes you just need to know where to look. First time deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, and I've even heard if your poker hand is ranked higher then the opponent's at showdown some chips will be thrown in your general direction.

Collecting bonuses is how I started out as a poker player and built a modest bankroll to "lose while learning". Almost everyone loses a significant amount at first while gaining knowledge in this game and bonuses are a way buffer your loses at the table while learning the ins-and-outs of this game.

If you are newer to internet poker, the first thing a player should look for is a rakeback deal and first time deposit bonus. Unfortunately, I had signed up at many sites, taking advantage of their new player deposit bonuses but did not sign up through a rakeback company such as Rake The Rake (mention Drizztdj sent ya if you'd be so kind).

The bonus money is out there, its up to an informed player to take advantage of it.
