Dario and Greenstein Bring Bracelets to PokerStars Team
Its been called the "year of the pro" by writers and bloggers alike when describing the current installment of the World Series of Poker. With the exception of many of the weekend $1,500 no limit hold em' events, the name pros from Full Tilt and PokerStars have been cashing in on their patience and experience to conquer the new money flowing through the Amazon Room at the Rio.
Team PokerStars Pros started slowly but have gained ground in the race for bracelets. As noted here a week ago; Daniel Negreanu snagged the first win for Stars in Event #20's $2,000 limit hold em' tourney and collected $204,874 for his effort. He is now joined by three time bracelet winner Barry Greenstein and Dario Minieri. Greenstein topped an angry field of Razz players in Event #26 to win $157,643. While the Harry Potter coiffed Minieri used his aggressive play in a tournament that demands it, Event #31's no limit hold em' six-handed.
