Double Blogger Trouble
Uneventful, yet pleasing would describe my night of poker as my de-tilting over the weekend brought me back to the tables just for the blogger tourneys tonight.

The Bodoggie (complete with Bodog Girls above) gathered up 52 players tonight all gunning for Bodog resident pro Josh Arieh. The site put $100 on Arieh's head if someone was lucky enough to knock him out (which happened in the first hour away from my table). With the top 30% receiving points towards the end of the series 18 player freeroll for a $12,000 World Series of Poker Package, I managed to squeak into the points with a 16th place finish after my push with trash was called with a small stack. This will hopefully help out my current 8th place in the standings with 10 more tourneys to go.

As for the Battle of the Bloggers tourney, the Bloggers Skillz Series, rolled out razz to sour my mood which I countered with a quick Cap'nCoke (yes, even on a school night kids). A mix of card death plus some excellent passive play on my part (heavy on the sarcasm here), caused my downfall before even half the field was gone.

Tomorrow night brings the Mookie, along with another chance for a blogger to strike gold (or at least grab some silver) and get one of those BBT3 TOC seats.
