Empty eWallets
I was playing a little poker on Full Tilt and PokerStars Saturday evening continuing to keep an eye on the "Players Currently Playing" ticker. Stars had 100,000+ members and Full Tilt hovered around 35,000 while I folded yet another 45TJ unsuited hand at the Pot Limit Omaha eight or better tables.

Nowhere to be found was the "sky is falling" chat, just life as usual on the virtual felt, but is it? Are the players going to continue this shell game of switching payment processors, ignoring the recent declamation of the easiest money-shuffler (Neteller), and continue to bet virtual chips on ill-advised flush draws?

The harsh reality of this is when players try to cash out and find that the funds are not hitting their bank accounts so they can go out and buy the Nintendo Wii for their kid on Sunday morning at Best Buy. We won't mention people like that. If haven't checked on those Neteller withdrawls after they shuttered business to poker sites, you might find your withdrawl pending and to those who receive ad money for blogging about poker... yep those are getting denied as well.

Welcome to the new era of online poker. Maybe al capone has some hints on how to deal with prohibition.
