Wsbtv reports that Jeff Williams of Dunwoody, Georgia has won the european poker tour's Grand Final in Monte Carlo.

The EPT , sponsored by PokerStars.com, is a series of 7 high stakes poker tournaments that take place in Europe. The biggest of them all is the Grand Final, held in Monte Carlo.

This year's championship hosted 298 players, including three World Champions, and was played over five days. It's champion, a 19-year-old freshman from the University of Georgia, received €900,000 ($1,078,000).
