EPT London Rolls Into Day 2
Wow, London just off its grand poker extravaganza in the world series of poker Europe, decided to have some of the top flight poker pros of the world stick around for another round of high stakes poker.

The European Poker Tour kicked off its EPT London event a couple of days ago and its leaderboard as pointed out by Wicked Chops Poker has a familiar face near the top. Chris Moneymaker, member of Team PokerStars, winner of the World Series of Poker 2003 Main Event, guy trying to get the "one-hit wonder" label off his back is stand very firmly in 4th place after day 2.

Fellow Team PokerStars player, Daniel "Kid Poker" Negreanu will start the day with 20K in chips. Also still in the hunt is the GQ model-esqe and former EPT champion Patrik Antonius, he'll start the day at 31K.

For the chip counts head over here.

For a taste of what "real" tournament poker is that you don't see on TV, take in a round with Daniel as Howard Swains follows along. Here's the first hand:

Hand one - Roland de Wolfe in the big blind
Liz Lieu calls under-the-gun and Roland checks his option. The flop comes jack-high and Liz takes it down with a pot-sized bet.

Poker excitement at its best!
