Events #6 and #7 at the FTOPS VII
Yesterday was another double dipping day with two Full Tilt Online Poker Series events. In the afternoon a pricey $500 + $35 Pot Limit Omaha 6-max event followed in the evening with a $100 + $9 REBUY No Limit Hold Em' tourney. Each event had their respective guarantees shot down as Full Tilt didn't have to go into their empty cupboards for extra green
Event #6 the PLO 6-max event brought out 774 players who had nothing better to do then play some high stakes four card bingo. Full Tilt pro and regular in the highest cash games offered on Full Tilt, David Benyamine made the final three tables and placed 18th. He'll use the $2,825.10 he won to pay the blinds for a few orbits. I'm sure winner "gaffel5" and his $83,205.00 banked for the win will be used a little more sparingly.
Event #7 found 2,254 runners with rebuys waiting to replenish their stacked should the sharks with endless rebuys waiting played 75o and cracked their aces. Full Tilt pro Eddy Scharf was the highest placing pro and won some Euros for the native German. Matrix loving "Merovingian" hauled away a 6 figure payday with $121,719.08 going into his account…
