A couple of quick bounces across the internet poker plains this week find these can't miss events:
First up is the Tao of Poker Fifth Anniversary bash on PokerStars. Dr. Pauly is welcoming all readers of his poker blog to come out and spend an evening with poker bloggers, readers, and the fortunate many that have found his blog over the years to enjoy his special brand of uncensored, unclothed writing. There's heart in those words and now you could win a $5,000 seat at the Borgata with a few nights at the hotel to boot for just $5!

Full Tilt's ninth edition of the Full Tilt Online Poker Series starts off with a $1,000,000 guarantee hosted by five time World Series of Poker bracelet winner Allen Cunningham. FTOPS IX starts on August 6th and runs for two weeks ending with the Main Event, a $500+$35 NLHE tourney with a sizable $2.5 million guarantee hosted by Chris "Jesus" Ferguson.
