FTOPS Main Event Champion Crowned
One point five million dollars was guaranteed by Full Tilt poker for their full tilt online poker Series No Limit Hold Em main event. With the $500 + $35 buy in they would need over 3,000 players to pony up the sizable amount for a shot at the $288,000 first prize.

Still shocking to me is how the huge weekend tourneys are still making their guarantees despite the considerable financial rockblocks to deposit new money into the sites. But, the Full Tilt players came through with 3,217 runners including several well-known online players and Full Tilt pros dodging coin flips and suckouts on the way to a potential six figure payday.

treheho walked away with the first prize $288,001.93 and the golden football tackling dummy avatar. Well respected 2+2 poster and high stakes cash specialist boostedJ made to heads up and settled for 2nd place, he received $175,326.50 for his troubles. Full Tilt pro Mark Vos was the last remaining pro as he finished in 142nd place.

Here's how the rest of the final table divvied up the spoils:
