FTOPS VII: Event #10 Show Me the Money
As the price of poker goes up, the number of entries goes down. The statement is a little poker economic theory in place for the Full Tilt Online Poker Series VII Event number 10. The $1,000 + $60 price tag for admission would take more then a few popular $26 satellites to raise up the cash needed for a shot at the $329,800 first prize. Of course to some players, the buy in was a little more then a few big blinds or a buy in to their favorite cash games.

I'm not one of them.

But there were 1,649 people who did have the money or the time to satellite their way into this event creating a prizepool that nearly doubled the Full Tilt prize pool guarantee of $1,000,000. Bill Edler, world serieslinks of Poker bracelet holder and World Poker Tour champ, loaned his buy in to the prize pool while hosting the event. Unfortunately, he did not duplicate Erick Lindgren's win as "gautchos" took in the mother share of the $1.65 million dollar prize pool.

Tonight is the Limit Omaha 8 or Better event with Howard Lederer leading the Full Tilt charge. Anyone got a spare $216?
