Its Ok To Play... as long as its legal

Annie Duke was on hand recently during the judiciary hearing concerning online gambling and online poker to offer some insight into the skill based information that poker players use while making wagers:
Duke also made a strong argument for the skill aspects of poker when asked the possibilities of hitting a Royal Flush. She explained that the possibilities are slim, but that a person sitting on a possible Royal Flush draw will most likely fold if forced out by a skilled player before the player with the possible Royal Flush gets to see if the hand ultimately becomes a Royal Flush.
Casinogamblingweb.com reports U.S. Attorney Catherine Hanaway let it be known that it is legal for a United States citizen to place wagers via the internet. But, later throws a curve ball by stating that operators are not allowed to take bets that are deemed illegal. These statement seem to say you may go wager on things like horse racing (at wagering sites like Youbet.com) or Fantasy Sports (like at FantasySportsLive.com or fanball.com) without worrying about the FBI dropping through your roof while watching MacGyver reruns while watching the fifth race at Hawthorne.
But it doesn't give the absolute green light for poker and casino internet gamblers and operators quite yet. Those games have not been deemed legal specifically by law for now due to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. Hat tip to Wicked Chops Poker for article find .
