But, later throws a curve ball by stating that operators are not allowed to take bets that are deemed illegal. These statement seem to say you may go wager on things like horse racing (at wagering sites like Youbet.com) or Fantasy Sports (like at FantasySportsLive.com or Fanball.com) without worrying about the FBI dropping through your roof while watching MacGyver reruns while watching the fifth race at Hawthorne.
