Joe Hachem showed once again that he was no fluke while defeating over 5,000 players in the 2005 World Series of Poker main event, as he took down the WPT Belliago Five-Diamond World Poker Classic.
583 players ponied up the $25,000 to try to claim the $2 million dollar first prize, but the Austrailian proved his world class poker play by claiming yet another major final table win.
Also chalk up another major final table for long time pro Daniel Negreanu. He placed third and became the all-time money leader on the World Poker Tour.
This tournament marked the end of the year for the World Poker Tour, but action starts up again with the very popular pokerstars
