Neteller Comes Clean

The above video is from Ron Martin who is the current President and CEO of Neteller. The name "Neteller" has been the source of strife for almost all online poker players with regards to their hard earned bankrolls that have been frozen since January.
Suddenly, people who normally played $30/$60 limit hold em' were regulated to the $1 rebuy tourneys to make their money. The blame could be placed in many places, but a company like Neteller which was trusted as a payment processor folded to the muscle of the DOJ which in reality was much like a four year old having to go to their room after being told to do so.
Hands were tied, legal grey areas became bent in one direction that no one could blame Neteller for doing what they did. Now, many players have already gone in and retrieved those unfrozen dollars already, maybe Neteller will regain some of that trust they once had.
If you have dollars locked in a Neteller account due to the January freeze, go and log on for expedient recovery of those funds.

"Clearly this situation has strained the trust we have built over the years," Martin said. He ensured it is a priority to get all funds returned.
A number of Neteller customers have acknowledged receiving wired money into their bank accounts.
In January, two co-founders of Neteller were arrested for their engagement in the online gambling industry. Last month, both plead guilty of conspiracy.
