Both poker and bingo have become massively popular games online, with hundreds of millions of pounds wagered in the industry every day in just these two prolific areas. This can seem daunting and you may not want to embark upon starting to get into such a thing on your own, but you are not expected to. Both can be enjoyably social games, but which is best for group play?

Both have their merits, it just depends on the style of the social aspect you want. Bingo rooms allow you to text chat with everyone in the room, and while on some sites many tend to remain quiet it doesn't take too much to get people having more fun and communicating with each other.

All good online casinos have a poker section, where normally you can take to anyone at your table. This makes things a little more intimate than the bingo room as it is rare that more than eight people or so play at the one table, but you will have to bear in mind that, unlike in bingo rooms where your only opponent is the house, the people you talk to while playing poker are also your rivals!
