PartyGaming Loses Another Rung
They claimed losing the biggest base of poker players in the world wouldn't effect things. Unforunately as Gambling911.com reports PartyPoker and PartyGaming have slipped out of the number two spot as Full Tilt takes over behind PokerStars as most popular online poker rooms. Personally, I miss the extremely soft tables and easy reload bonuses that helped build my current bankroll but now the once juggernaut of online poker is sitting in the bronze medal position.

As mentioned Gambling911.com reports the current shift in power:

PartyGaming and its PartyPoker brand are clinging on for dear life to the number 3 spot for most real cash players utilizing their online poker room. The site has been swapping the spot with the iPoker Network over the past two weeks.
If there is one ray of light in all this, PartyGaming owns one of the main rooms within the iPoker Network.
Full Tilt Poker passed by Party at the beginning of the new year to become the world's number 2 online poker room in terms of real players.

The United States market is the prime cut of beef that very few have been willing to risk their rooms for assured profit. What happens now to the once darling of online gambling/poker? For all poker players sakes, online and live, hopefully a turn of events within the U.S. Legislature will bring back the fishes errr... players in full force.
