PCA 2008: Are You In?
If you have been visiting the PokerStarsBlog for the past couple of days (and if you haven't what is wrong with you!) there's a build up to PokerStars' big tournament of the year.

The PokerStars Caribbean Adventure started out on a boat with someone named Gus Hansen making his lasting mark in the world of tournament poker with a win at the first PCA. Unfortunately, my feeble attempt of qualifying will keep me up to my ears in snow while several hundreds of poker players are enjoying Mai Tais by the pool thanks to another four inches of the white stuff currently falling outside my porch window.

If its your first time traveling to the Bahamas to participate in the big dance PokerStarsBlog author Brad "Otis" Willis has a few words of advice (follow the link for more):

If you arrive on January 4th like most folks, you will have time to yourself until early evening. That's when the fun will start. PokerStars will be throwing you a big party. Prepare to enjoy yourself. If the event is anything like years past, the food and drink will be fantastic. You will also have a chance to meet the PokerStars staff and all the members of Team PokerStars. DO NOT FORGET TO WEAR YOUR PARTICIPANT'S BRACELET. Without the bracelet, you're not getting into the party.
