Just when you think that you have seen it all, someone teaches a monkey how to play poker. I thought that you could possibly teach a monkey a simple game like omaha/8 but not no limit Texas holdem. According to ABC News, they have done just that. Trainer Judy Harrison has taught her monkey, Mikey, how to play tournament texas holdem. To view the news clip, click here.
Poker share has agreed to sponsor Mikey in the WSOP Main Event and even gave him his own website. Imagine Mikey at your table and you have KK and Mikey raises you all your chips! The main event should be a real zoo: 6 thousand donkeys and 1 monkey.
