Rummmmmmmmmmble: FTOPS VII Two-Day Event Crowns a Double Champ

Ok, a little lame play off of Bruce Buffer's famous boxing ring announcement, but cashing Full Tilt's Full Tilt Online Poker series huge two day $2,500 NLHE event is worth a few words.
899 started, 86 survived to day two, including the aforementioned Buffer who picked up $7,641.50 in 30th place. Other high finishes by red letter pros and friends of Full Tilt include Erich Kollmann in 12th place and Jon "PearlJammed" Turner getting $8,765.25 for 22nd.
But, all three missed out on the huge payouts at the final table which the final six players became hundred thousand-aires. "Halfrek" decided one win in the FTOPS VIII wasn't enough (taking down Event #11), and collected his second win for the tournament series worth $516,925. Not a bad five day stretch.
