Seidel Wins Number Eight

Nolan Dalla recently took some time aside from his duties as a top World Series of Poker tournament director to draft a story about the now EIGHT time World Series of Poker bracelet winner Erik Seidel.
Deuce to Seven lowball is definitely a higher stakes poker variation introduced usually into a rotating mixed game versus the $2/$4 hold em' tables you'll find all over your local card houses. The win on at the $5,000 buy in Deuce to Seven Lowball event #54 at this year's WSOP, further solidifies Seidel's place among the top echelon of poker pros.
Here's Dalla's story about the even-keel Seidel's victory via PokerPlayerNewspaper.com:
The winner of the No-Limit Deuce-to-Seven Draw Lowball championship was Erik Seidel of Las Vegas, NV. He has been a professional poker player for 20 years. Seidel's life changed forever when he entered the 1988 World Series of Poker and ended up as the runner up to Johnny Chan. Confident he could play poker at the very highest level, Seidel won four Gold Bracelets within the next four years and has since demonstrated staying power over the last two decades. Seidel is married and lives in Las Vegas... (continued at the site)
