Teacher Schools the Final Table at APPT Sydney

Teacher's salaries are renown for being far less equal to the amount of work and Perseverance they must go through on a daily basis. Kids today are growing up much more quickly, and most public schools are facing yearly budget cuts with teachers having to do more with less or even fight for their jobs.

One such school teacher in Australia won't have to worry about requisitioning for more Elmer's glue into his classroom as Grant Levy took home the victory in the Asian Pacific Poker Tour Sydney Grand Finale. Along with the tower shaped trophy, I'm sure he'll enjoy the $1,000,000 aussie bucks he earned after defeating Jeremiah Vinsant heads up for the title.

I got most of the information from the PokerStarsBlog of course, but what surprised me was a video from an Australian news station that was on the front page of Yahoo this morning. Guess this poker thing isn't going away as easily as people predicted.
