Most people have a person or thing they would associate with fear or dread. If you're a professional golfer then facing Tiger Woods in your twosome on Sunday after leading for days would take some liquid courage to overcome. If you're a baseball player and have trouble at clutch time, you probably wouldn't want to end up like Bill Buckner.
Online poker player have an acronym that was supposed (and has for the past year) rattle their cages more then any check-raise all-in on the river while heads-up for the World Series of Poker title.
U.I.G.E.A. (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act)
Recently the government has (after several delays) handed down the rules on enforcing the UIGEA. Now if you're the diligent or lawyerly type you can follow this link and read through it yourself...
... or do what I did and rely on someone I've met and trust to give the reading a fair shake and interpret the document for the masses.
Bill Rini does the ground work and basically states to expect very little to change until the final signings on Dec. 12, and other six months after that for finalizations.
Glad to hear the wheels of justice turning so quickly in the pursuit to limit my ability to do what I want with my money.
